Wurstküche @ Downtown Los Angeles, CA

i loved this place when i visited LA last spring break. one of the best hot dogs ive ever had. it’s located in the arts district and venice beach. they serve exotic sausage sandwiches, belgian fries with homemade dipping sauces, and 24 imported biers on tap.

some of their exotic hot dogs:

Duck & Bacon with Jalapeño Peppers – juicy and packed with flavor
Alligator (wow really?) & Pork, Andouille Sausage – hickory smoked, thick casing
Rattlesnake & Rabbit with Jalapeño Peppers

my friend had rattlesnake one and he liked it!

i forgot what i had. maybe duck? it was super good!

Crawfish and Seafood @ The Boiling Crab Los Angeles, CA

pork belly’s friend took us to the boiling crab last spring break when we visited cali. i forgot which location we went to but it was a long wait. the wait was worth it because i def enjoyed the food there.
this place is probably the most original Cajun crawfish place before everybody tries to copy their concept and open their own version of boiling crab.
i forgot what this was:

we ordered the whole SHABANG sauce. very bold and flavorful! very yummy

the flavor was so strong that my fingers still smelled like the sauce for 2 days.

bib time yay

i absolute love this place and ive found an alternative ‘the boiling crab’ wannabe in virginia.
check out my review Crawfish @ Chasin’ Tails Crawfish Arlington, VA Alternative to the Boiling Crab
