ive never been a fan of shake shack. i just think their burger is very average especially for the price. patty is rather dry. not sure what the hype is all about. ive tried 20 different burgers in one night at 2nd Annual BATTLE OF THE BURGER 2013 | Boston Magazine event, and shake shack was probably one of my least favorites.

i used to like their custard from the new york location; however, the custard from boston harvard square isnt as good as the ones in new york. their is a very significant difference in consistency and taste. i dont know how could this happen since they are a chain?

if you were a fan, do come to boston harvard square. they are never busy and rarely a line.

  1. That’s so strange… I went to the location in Chestnut Hill, MA and I thought the burger was very juicy. A little salty, but good. I wonder if each location is really that different.
