Fabulous pictures. Is the pork free range in these places?
My friend and I would have to agree with you regarding hangover cures. In college, our go to for hangover food was dim sum or pho.
Pho is so satisfying! A real comfort food. I really enjoy your posts. The pictures are fantastic, and I can relate to your critiques. The most expensive places are not always the best!
We have a restaurant here in Minneapolis, The Butcher Block, with medium pricing, but amazing quality dishes and flavor! The owner was a butcher in Rome and brought his recipes and talent with him to our cold little corner.
