I try to eat healthy but there are times when only fried food will do! Looks like you had a yummy meal. Hopefully it lived up to the photos.
Yum! Great photos from your friend. Fish and chips are kind of a big deal here in New Zealand. We also do other deep fried seafood, but we order by each rather than by plate. Nice if you want fish and chips and also an oyster and also a scallop…

Love seafood however it’s cooked (or not!) We don’t eat meat, but do indulge in fish or other seafood once in a while – love it!
